psychodynamic counselling

Helping you bring
what is unconscious
into consciousness.

What is Psychodynamic Counselling?

Psychodynamic Counselling tries to help you understand long-standing conflicts from the past which helps you become more self-aware and bring what is unconscious into consciousness.

It focuses on the fact that many of the personal troubles in life are the result of mental processes that are hidden from us.

I'm here for you

Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Through the lens of psychodynamic therapy, I am here to accompany you on a journey of self-discovery and healing, offering online sessions.

Whether you face specific challenges or seek a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to support you.

How it works - 12 sessions

12 therapy sessions are run over 12 weeks. Throughout our time together, we’ll navigate three distinct stages, each with its own purpose and focus.

I am here to support you every step of the way, providing a space for reflection, growth, and positive transformation.

Stage 1 (weeks 1-4)

In the first four sessions, our primary goal is to build a foundation of trust and create a strong connection between us. These early weeks are about getting to know each other, ensuring you feel comfortable and safe in our therapeutic space. You can share your thoughts, concerns, and dreams without hesitation.

Stage 2 (weeks 5-8)

The middle four sessions are where the in-depth work takes place, where the unconscious becomes conscious. This is where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and hidden patterns.

Stage 3 (weeks 9-12)

In the final four sessions, our attention shifts towards empowering you with tools and insights to take with you beyond our time together. We'll discuss your progress and work towards a positive conclusion, ensuring you feel prepared for what comes next.

Are you ready to get started?

When you feel comfortable and ready, we can schedule our first session together. I’m here to support you whenever you’re prepared to begin this journey. Please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you’re ready to take the first step.
